Twilio is seeking a Senior Executive Business Partner to triage deliverables, plan global offsites, and provide calendar support for its executives. You will partner with leaders to drive execution on business priorities and coordinate complex schedules in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years supporting executives in fast-paced environments.
• Superior attention to detail, proactiveness, and integrity with discretion handling confidential information.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Experience planning domestic and international travel including logistics.
• Confident in planning and facilitating virtual, in-person, or hybrid leadership events.
• Experience with contract management and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives to understand priorities and manage complex calendars and travel.
• Plan global, multi-day team onsite meetings.
• Work independently and exercise discretion in commitments and decisions.
• Manage domestic and international travel, expenses, and logistics.
• Draft presentations, take meeting minutes/actions, and coordinate communications.
• Collaborate with peer Executive Business Partners cross-functionally toward company strategy.
• Support leadership summits and team-building events and organize agendas.
