Twilio is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to unlock growth across messaging, voice, and AI ecosystems. This remote-first role partners with executives to tackle strategic problems, translate data into decisions, and drive cross-functional alignment in a fast-moving CPaaS space.

You will own VP-level programs, present to senior leaders, and use SQL/Looker/Tableau to model and tell compelling stories. Travel may be required for in-person meetings.

Qualificações

• 4-6 years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, product, or growth roles.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize data into concise memos and executive presentations.
• Proven ability to build relationships across Product, Sales, Operations and Finance.
• Proven critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization (SQL, Looker, Tableau, Coefficient, Airtable).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with executive leadership to define, model, and execute high-impact strategies across messaging, voice, and AI ecosystems.
• Drive end-to-end alignment across Carrier Relations, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, and GTM.
• Take full ownership for VP-level strategic goals and key projects with timely delivery.
• Synthesize complex data into concise executive presentations and board-level memos.
• Perform data analysis and build quantitative models to solve unstructured business challenges.
• Lead as Subject Matter Expert for global connectivity initiatives and advise senior leadership.
