Job summary

Twilio is seeking a Senior Executive Business Partner to triage multiple deliverables with competing deadlines and provide proactive calendar support. You will partner with executives to drive execution on top priorities, plan global offsite events, and work within a high-performing team of Executive Business Partners and Administrators.

The role requires strong collaboration across teams, impeccable discretion, and experience coordinating complex travel and events for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment.
• Superior attention to detail, proactiveness, integrity and discretion handling confidential information.
• Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships with leaders and peers.
• Experience planning domestic and international travel (air, hotel, visas).
• Plan and facilitate virtual, in-person, or hybrid leadership summits and team-building events.
• Experience with contract management and procurement processes; proficient with common administrative tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand executives' priorities to manage calendars and travel; stack-rank meetings.
• Plan global, multi-day team onsite meetings.
• Work independently, make decisions, and exercise discretion.
• Manage complex domestic and international travel, expenses, events, logistics.
• Build relationships with executives' direct reports and stakeholders to advance priorities.
• Plan agendas, coordinate meetings, draft presentations, take minutes and actions.
• Collaborate with peer Executive Business Partners to align with company strategy.
• Develop understanding of the business to support leadership and career development.
• Collaborate with HR and leaders to champion company values and culture.
