Job summary

Metagenics is seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to provide high-touch IT support to executive leadership and VIP users in a fast-paced environment. You will manage endpoint provisioning, security policy adherence, and seamless user experiences across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.

You will collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams, maintain documentation, and assist with executive meetings and on-site events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–8 years of IT support or executive support experience, with history supporting C-level executives.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems; experience with Microsoft 365 and modern collaboration tools.
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD) and endpoint management platforms such as Intune and Jamf.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira Service Management) and basic scripting (PowerShell).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills; high level of professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch IT support to executive leadership and VIP users across on-site and remote environments.
• Manage executive onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and lifecycle management for endpoints.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues on Windows and macOS; support mobile devices and conference room AV systems.
• Ensure security policies (MFA, endpoint protection) and identity controls (AD/Entra ID) are enforced.
• Coordinate with application teams and vendors to resolve escalated issues; document configurations and recurring problems.
• Mentor junior staff and continuously improve executive support processes and tooling.
