• Experience interpreting HR policy and applying DoD DoJ guidance to executive HR actions.
• Experience leading recruitment, assessments, selection boards, and performance processes.

• Ability to influence, motivate, and lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct the executive personnel program including recruitment, appointment, and placement of senior officials.
• Develop and administer executive talent acquisition strategies and boards.
• Provide authoritative advice on executive HR actions including mobility, performance, and ethics.
• Manage executive position classification, allocations, and senior appointment actions.
• Lead executive performance appraisal processes and related documentation.
• Develop succession planning and onboarding programs for executives.
• Supervise HR staff and ensure timely, compliant high-quality services.
