Qualifications

• Must demonstrate ECQs and TQs within resume, not to exceed 2 pages.
• Experience managing inter-agency financial operations.
• Experience managing a multi-billion-dollar portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end financial-management program, including budget formulation and execution.
• Provide executive financial oversight to DCSA Director and senior leadership.
• Oversee Working Capital Fund operations, rate development, and cost-recovery.
• Establish and maintain internal-control environment and audit remediation.
• Represent DCSA with OMB, congressional staff, and other federal entities on budget matters.
