• Mastery of advanced management and organizational principles.
• Experience as a task manager, project manager, program analyst, or business process analyst.
• Managing data calls and stakeholder engagements.
• Gathering and validating business and technical requirements.
• Conducting process and gap analyses.
• Developing project plans, schedules, risk assessments, reports, and leadership briefings.
• Supporting acquisition or capability-development activities.
• Applying change-management practices and quantitative and qualitative methods of improving, measuring, and coordinating change to implement and sustain organizational improvements.
