The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) seeks a SUPERVISORY ATTORNEY to provide leadership and top-tier legal services on Federal civilian personnel law, labor law, EEO, hiring practices, accommodations, and standards of conduct. The selectee advises on personnel authorities, anti-discrimination provisions, and HR policy, and handles litigation before MSPB, EEOC, and Federal courts.

Qualifikationen

• Three years or more of professional legal experience at GS/GG-14 level or higher.
• Must hold a first professional law degree (LL.B. or J.D.).
• Active membership in the bar of a state, U.S. commonwealth, U.S. territory, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.
• Provide law school transcripts with application; transcripts required.

• Lead a diverse team of attorneys in federal personnel, employment, EEO, ethics, and conduct matters.
• Represent the agency before boards, courts, and ADR venues including MSPB and EEOC.
• Advise on agency policies, disciplinary actions, investigations, and compliance with EEO directives.
