Job summary

Fortrea is seeking an Executive and Equity Compensation Manager to lead governance, analysis, and administration of executive and equity programs, partnering with HR, Legal, Finance, Payroll, Tax, and senior leadership.

You will own end-to-end equity award lifecycle, prepare disclosures for the Board and Management Development & Compensation Committee, support SOX controls, and coordinate with Fidelity and external providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 5+ years in executive compensation and equity administration.
• Experience with proxy statements, Section 16 reporting, and regulatory disclosures.
• Knowledge of US and international tax considerations related to equity compensation.
• Demonstrated accuracy, confidentiality, and ability to work with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, analysis, modeling, and evaluation of executive compensation programs.
• Administer end-to-end equity compensation lifecycle and related reporting.
• Develop communications and educational materials on compensation programs.
• Maintain data integrity in equity administration systems and reconcile pools.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Legal, Finance, Tax, and HR on compensation matters.
• Lead projects to enhance equity administration, governance, and reporting.
• Prepare reports for Board, MDC, and senior leadership, and respond to audits.
• Manage relationships with Fidelity and other external providers.
• Support governance and disclosure activities, including Section 16 filings.
• Support SOX controls, internal controls, and insider trading governance.
