Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking an Executive Sous Chef for Four Sixes in Las Vegas. The role supports the Executive Chef by leading kitchen teams and upholding MGM’s premier standards to deliver an authentic, world-class guest experience.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years of relevant experience, and prior work under a collective bargaining agreement. Experience in high-volume or luxury dining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume or luxury/fine-dining restaurant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily kitchen operations, labor, scheduling, and inventory to drive profitability.
• Direct operating procedures, training, and menus for kitchen staff; ensure cleanliness and food safety compliance.
