Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in executive search, executive coaching, or senior recruiting.
• Experience with Industrial Goods, boards of directors, or private equity is preferred.
• Strong understanding of executive hiring markets and board-level dynamics.
• Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders with discretion and credibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive career advisory for C-suite and senior leaders.
• Support client partnership by identifying leadership gaps and matching executives.
• Develop executive positioning and leadership narratives for candidates.
• Prepare executives for interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships across the BCG network and alumni.
