You will work with C-suite and Partner-level talent, advising on search strategy, branding, and onboarding while collaborating across a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive search, executive coaching, executive/senior recruiting or related leadership roles.
• Strong network of executive recruiters and corporate talent leaders preferred.
• Experience assessing and positioning senior executive talent for complex roles, including C-suite and board-level search dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive career advisory and guidance to senior leaders.
• Partner with clients to align leadership needs with candidate profiles.
• Develop and maintain relationships with senior alumni, client executives, and search professionals.
