Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in executive search, executive coaching, or related leadership roles.
• Strong background in Industrial Goods or board-level leadership is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of executive hiring markets, including C-suite and board-level dynamics.
• Ability to assess and position senior talent for complex roles with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Guide executives in defining their next role and long-term career direction.
• Advise on search strategy, networking approach, and opportunity targeting.
• Prepare candidates for executive interviews and onboarding.
• Introduce BCG executives to clients and support leadership transitions.
• Develop relationships with senior alumni and clients across the network.
