Qualifications

• 10+ years in executive search, executive coaching, or senior recruiting.
• Experience in Boards of Directors, Transformation, Private Equity, or Financial Institutions preferred.
• Strong understanding of executive hiring markets including C-suite and board-level search.
• Established network of executive recruiters and/or corporate talent leaders.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders in high-confidentiality environments.

Responsibilities

• Support senior executives through career transitions.
• Develop executive positioning and leadership narratives.
• Advise on search strategy, networking, and opportunity targeting.
• Prepare candidates for executive-level interviews and onboarding.
• Collaborate with client teams to identify leadership needs and opportunities.
