Job summary

MMD Services in downtown Miami is seeking a Senior Executive Support & AV Technician to own conference room technology and end‑user support for senior leaders globally. You will ensure that every camera, call, and touch panel works seamlessly in a fast‑paced, high‑touch environment.

The role is hands‑on and high visibility, requiring active collaboration with global IT, facilities, and VIP users. Onsite five days a week with breakfast, lunch, and snacks provided.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with conference room AV hardware.
• Experience configuring Zoom Rooms and WebEx Room devices.
• A track record of leading AV installs, room builds, and projects.
• Experience supporting high-visibility meetings and executive AV needs.
• Familiarity with Sedna or similar platforms.
• Strong desktop hardware, peripherals, and printer troubleshooting.
• Comfort with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office apps.
• Knowledge of device management tools (Intune) and remote access (VPN/MFA).
• Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of relevant technical support preferred.
• Exceptional customer service instincts and VIP responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Conference room AV setup, daily readiness, and break/fix support across spaces.
• Troubleshoot Zoom, WebEx, and Logitech conferencing hardware.
• Lead AV installs, room builds, upgrades, and equipment refreshes.
• Provide white-glove AV support for high-profile meetings.
• Coordinate with Sedna and other meeting room scheduling/AV coordination tools.
• Partner with global IT and facilities to standardize AV across offices.
• End-user support (tickets, email, phone) for staff and executives.
• Diagnose urgent hardware/software/connectivity issues with urgency.
• Support distributed teams on asset management and hardware deployments.
• Maintain documentation and drive proactive problem management.
