Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–5 years of executive administrative support in a large, complex org.
• Experience supporting senior leadership, e.g., reporting to a Director or higher.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Advance executive priorities by managing the CEO’s schedule and priorities.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics for committees and forums.
• Plan and implement administration policies to ensure compliance.
• Build partnerships with Board, UW Leadership, state officials, and community.
• Support executive decision-making with research, data, and timely recommendations.
• Draft and edit professional communications and meeting notes.
• Assist with budget preparation, interpretation, and monitoring.
