Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 7+ years of professional experience.
• Excellent computer skills including the full Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and prioritize the COO calendar, schedule meetings, and prepare materials.
• Coordinate all travel arrangements and detailed itineraries for the COO.
• Organize and submit expenses accurately and on time.
• Screen and direct COO phone inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
• Assist additional leaders with scheduling, travel, and expenses as needed.
• Plan and execute team events and offsites; support ad hoc projects.
