The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 7+ years of professional experience, superb communication skills, and meticulous organization in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 7+ years of professional experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, including the full Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple simultaneous priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to make decisions independently; comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to interface professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization, including senior executives.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate, with a strong commitment to quality in all work product.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, manage, coordinate and prioritize the Chief Operating Officer calendar and meetings.
  • Handle all travel arrangements for the Chief Operating Officer; bookings and itineraries.
  • Organize and submit expenses accurately and timely.
  • Answer and direct phone inquiries for the COO with professionalism.
  • Assist team leaders with scheduling, travel, and expense submissions.
  • Plan and coordinate team events, all-hands meetings, and leadership offsites.
  • Support ad hoc projects and day-to-day office operations.
