  • Advanced computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Notebook, Outlook, Teams, Zoom.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills; team-oriented and detail-minded.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares typed materials and correspondence; handles mail and portal filings.
  • Receives, opens, reviews mail, forwards to departments; handles special delivery as needed.
  • Answers incoming calls; forwards or takes messages as appropriate.
  • Schedules meetings, travel, and speaking engagements; books rooms and coordinates catering.
  • Makes travel arrangements and detailed itineraries for officers.
  • Maintains files and confidentiality; supports internal and external meetings.
  • Creates meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up reports; coordinates budget reports.
