In a fast-moving healthcare startup, you will coordinate internal and external communications, maintain documentation, assist with events or board meetings, and serve as a central contact between executives, teams, and partners

Qualifications

• Experience providing executive-level support with calendar management, scheduling, travel logistics, and expense processing.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
