Amylyx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking an Executive Assistant, Commercial, to deliver senior-level administrative support to the Chief Commercial Officer and the Commercial Leadership Team.

The role requires proactive prioritization, superb communication, and discretion in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment. On-site presence in Cambridge, MA is often required, with remote options within the United States.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting C-Level executives.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; legal experience is a plus but not required.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level administrative support to the Chief Commercial Officer and Commercial Leadership Team.
• Organize meetings, calendar management, prepare materials and presentations.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, monitor milestones, and facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage POs, invoices, vendor onboarding/offboarding, and travel arrangements.
• Support event planning and back-up for other EAs in the executive ecosystem.
• Uphold confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
