Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT, business systems analysis, application delivery, project management, or consulting experience.
• 5+ years with CRM/omnichannel platforms (Salesforce/Veeva) including hands-on experience.
• Experience in Life Sciences Commercial/Medical Operations preferred.
• Demonstrated experience delivering cross-functional application implementations and enhancements.
• Strong business analysis and solution design skills with requirements, processes, and data considerations.
• Ability to translate priorities into executable delivery plans.
• Experience coordinating systems integrators and vendor teams.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and automation is preferred.
• Ability to operate within regulated environments and validation processes.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate delivery and optimization of Commercial and Medical applications in line with business priorities and roadmaps.
• Translate stakeholder needs into requirements, processes, specifications, and delivery plans.
• Support design, implementation, and optimization of CRM, content management, data, analytics, and integrations.
• Manage complex initiatives with scope, timelines, risks, and testing.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure architecture, security, and compliance alignment.
• Coordinate data migration, testing, release readiness, and operational handoff.
• Manage backlogs, production issues, and release activities with clear prioritization.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve processes and productivity.
• Lead RFPs, vendor evaluations, and solution demonstrations for IT leadership.
• Coordinate day-to-day delivery with partners and track scope and outcomes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, including FDA CS, SOX, and GDPR.
