Amylyx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Director, Clinical Systems to lead the Clinical Systems ecosystem, partnering with IT, Quality and Clinical Operations to build scalable capabilities for the evolving portfolio.

The role emphasizes CTMS, analytics, automation and AI, ensuring regulatory readiness, data integrity, and efficient trial execution across studies. Remote US work with occasional travel to Cambridge, MA is expected.

Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in life sciences, information systems, or a related field.
15+ years of progressive experience in Clinical Operations or related areas in biotech/pharma.
Proven track record implementing CTMS and clinical platforms from requirements to deployment.
Experience leading vendor evaluation, deployment, adoption and optimization.
Knowledge of ICH-GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity in regulated enviroments.

Responsibilities

Lead the Clinical Systems ecosystem in partnership with VP, IT and Clinical Ops.
Oversee CTMS implementation, governance, dashboards, and analytics.
Define KPIs and ensure regulatory compliance and data quality.
Drive automation, AI, and digital tools to modernize operations.
Develop and scale the Clinical Systems organization within Clinical Ops.
