Amylyx Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director of Sales Effectiveness & Operations to build and lead field-facing capabilities that translate commercial direction into day-to-day sales execution.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales, this leader will own the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of sales force effectiveness, field processes, customer relationship management workflows, and enablement programs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial operations.
• Experience supporting U.S. specialty or rare disease field organizations, leading teams and launching products.
• Knowledge of field force design, targeting/segmentation, territory alignment, incentive compensation, performance analytics, and CRM platforms.
• Proven ability to execute field enablement strategies including onboarding, launch readiness, and measurement of learning impact at regional levels.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen to synthesize regional data and communicate recommendations to executives and field audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with SVP of Sales to execute commercial priorities in the field and track territory trends.
• Coordinate quarterly business reviews and share lead/lag indicators with regional sales directors.
• Establish practical sales operations including territory planning, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Monitor field capacity and workload to support rapid uptake of products.
• Explain incentive compensation plans and review indicators for regional sales growth.
• Lead Plan of Action meetings and align content for stakeholder reviews.
• Ensure launch planning is executed regionally and feedback is acted on.
• Analyze feedback to provide recommendations for leadership and coordinate corrective actions.
• Build, coach, and retain a high-performing team aligned with Amylyx values.
