Job summary

TalentPartners is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support four senior executives in South Florida. This role goes beyond traditional administrative work, handling calendars, travel, expenses, board materials, and office operations to streamline leadership workflows.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, and proactive, capable of building processes, coordinating across cultures and time zones, and contributing to operations and HR initiatives as the company grows.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and priorities for four executives.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel.
  • Prepare expense reports and oversee executive administrative needs.
  • Support board meetings, materials, and communications.
  • Assist with management of the Brickell office.
  • Coordinate executive lunches, events, and company activities.
  • Create policies, processes, and procedures for the executive function.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Support select operational, HR, and public relations initiatives.
  • Anticipate executive needs and resolve issues independently.

Our client, a fast growing technology company, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support four senior executives and help build its executive support function in South Florida.

This position extends beyond traditional administrative support. The Executive Assistant will manage complex schedules, travel, expenses, board activities, and office operations while creating processes that help the leadership team operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
