Overview

We’re working with a thriving executive search consultancy operating at the forefront of the Industrial, Energy, and Financial Services sectors. Known for their high-impact Board and C-suite appointments, they’re now looking to grow their support function by welcoming an admin assistant into their team in Brickell. The Admin Assistant will provide critical support to senior consultants and project teams, ensuring seamless operations across international time zones and schedules. You’ll be a linchpin in delivering first-class service to both internal and external stakeholders.



Responsibilities


  • Attend and contribute to client meetings, building lasting relationships

  • Coordinate schedules, client meetings, and internal planning sessions

  • Track project milestones to ensure deadlines are consistently met

  • Manage travel logistics for the team across global locations

  • Act as a key liaison point for clients, candidates, and consultants
