Job summary

Adobe is seeking an M&A IT & Business System Integration Manager to guide strategy and execution of IT integrations across the enterprise.

You will lead cross-functional teams through full integration lifecycles, aligning operating models and integration approaches with executive priorities. The role emphasizes measurement of value, technology rationalization, and scalable processes to support growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of consulting or relevant IT/strategy experience.
• Proven track record leading large IT integration programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of new M&A integrations across all lifecycle phases (due diligence, pre-close, post-merger).
• Lead cross-functional internal and external teams to deliver integration activities, ensuring accountability and removing roadblocks.
• Work with business leaders to align operating model, integration approach and organization structure.
• Define KPIs to measure value drivers of transactions and integration performance.
• Drive technology rationalization across enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and data environments.
• Support synergy tracking and integration value measurement with Finance and Corporate Development.
• Develop repeatable IT process frameworks, playbooks, and governance reporting.
