Job summary

Amazon’s Corporate Development Integration seeks an experienced Integration Experience (IX) Lead to drive adoption of integration activities across M&A deals. You will own change enablement, internal communications, onboarding, training, and employee engagement strategies, coordinating with cross-functional partners globally.

The role requires 5+ years in change management and 6+ years in M&A integration, with travel about 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 6+ years of M&A integration experience.
• 6+ years of cross-functional change management experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply change management best practices to assess readiness and tailor enablement strategies.
• Translate integration activities into people-focused experiences across the lifecycle.
• Conduct cultural and change readiness assessments during due diligence.
• Define scope of change support in partnership with the Integration Manager.
• Own end-to-end employee communications across the integration lifecycle.
• Plan and execute Day 1 Orientation and onboarding experiences.
• Educate cross-functional partners on IX workstreams and milestones.
• Identify gaps and design strategies to bridge operating norms.
