Job summary

Adobe seeks a strategic M&A IT & Business System Integration Manager to lead IT integration strategy and execution for enterprise M&A programs in California. You will partner with GTM, Sales, Product, Finance, Corporate Development and other functions to align priorities, budgets, and timelines across multiple integrations.

You will drive end-to-end integration efforts, lead cross-functional teams, and collaborate with senior executives to ensure alignment of operating models and value

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of consulting experience or relevant experience.
• Proven success in Global M&A and large-scale M&A IT integrations.
• Strong background in information technology, enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS), cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture.
• Ability to drive alignment across global, matrixed organizations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and executive experience, enabling clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of new M&A transactions across all lifecycle phases (due diligence, pre-close, post-merger integration).
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver M&A integration activities and remove roadblocks to success.
• Work with business leaders to align operating model, integration approach, and organizational structure.
• Define integration KPIs to measure transaction-value drivers.
• Drive technology rationalization across enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and data environments.
• Support synergy realization tracking and integration value measurement with Finance and Corporate Development.
• Refine and maintain repeatable IT process frameworks and toolsets like playbooks and workflows.
• Develop executive communications, steering committee updates, and integration governance reporting.
