Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate metrics on schedule and cost performance.
• Support baseline development activities.
• Provide analysis and reports on performance variances to budget.
• Analyze and report risks & opportunities to baseline cost and schedule.
• Timely maintenance of the Project-Activity Structure.
• Completion of the Estimate at Complete process.
• Monitor program level time-phased plan for revenue forecasting.
• Provide financial data inputs and analysis for Program Management Reviews.
• Manage invoicing and collection of customer receivables.
• Review status of program financials and funding.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
