Job summary

Raytheon’s Emerging Systems Finance team in El Segundo is seeking an M4 Finance Lead for the Bluejay Program. You will oversee Earned Value processes, prepare external EVMS reporting, and provide financial analysis to IPTs and management, driving EAC/LRE activities and long-range planning.

The role requires a DoD security clearance, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to lead 1–2 analysts in a high‑velocity, classified environment. Onsite work in California is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Active DoD security clearance or ability to obtain; U.S. citizenship.
• Experience with government Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and compliance.
• Experience using EVM tools, such as PMX, SAP, PRISM, or Program Metrics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and variance analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for reports and briefings.
• Strong ability to coordinate with IPTs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 1–2 analysts.
• Support Earned Value Management System (EVMS) processes and requirements.
• Compile monthly Earned Value reports for Program Management.
• Develop and deliver Subcontract Data Requirements Lists (SDRLs) including monthly EV reporting to customer.
• Coordinate with functional organizations during EAC and LRE processes.
• Monitor program financial performance and analyze variances to plan.
• Coordinate financial planning activities including RPLAN updates.
• Analyze program data and prepare trend analyses using Excel.
• Attend program meetings and review EVMS data.
• Coordinate standard financial processes and resources across programs.
