Job summary

Raytheon, a leader in aerospace and defense, seeks a Principal Specialist Program Cost Controls Analyst to support the SPY-6 HP&S contract. The role handles earned value management, cost control, and financial planning for a large international program.

You will collaborate with Program Manager, Integrated Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to optimize cost performance and schedule adherence, ensuring compliant execution.

Qualifications

• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) and Estimate At Complete (EAC) processes.
• Experience using SAP financial accounting system and related reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly earned value management cost and schedule control processes, analysis, and reporting to program leaders.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive excellence in financial execution.
• Brief senior program and functional leaders on program execution status with strong financial acumen.
• Analyze key financial data including EVM metrics, LREs, EACs, investments, and manpower planning.
• Manage program baselines and ensure accurate cost charging aligned to policies.
• Drive efficiencies in financial processes using up-to-date digital tools and resources.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical standards.
• Assist in program startup, baseline development, IBRs, and JSR coordination with the customer.
