RTX in Tucson, AZ invites a Principal Specialist Program Cost Controls Analyst to join the SPY-6 HP&S contract on a hybrid basis. The role will interact with program managers, CPMs, and engineers to ensure rigorous cost control and timely reporting.

You will apply EVMS and EAC methods, work with SAP and MS Office, and brief leadership on status and risks. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Knowledge of EVMS and EAC processes.
• Experience using SAP financial accounting system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly earned value management cost and schedule control processes, analysis, and reporting to program leaders.
• Be a trusted business partner to drive excellence in financial execution.
• Brief senior program leaders on execution status with strong financial acumen.
• Analyze key financial data: EV cost/schedule metrics, LRE, EACs, investments, and manpower planning.
• Manage program baselines and ensure accurate cost charging.
