Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Principal, Program Management (EVMS Expert) to lead EVM policy, tools, and compliance across ISR programs in the Texas area. The role requires deep EVMSIG knowledge, training development, and the ability to steer teams toward compliant EVM practices with DCMA guidance.

The ideal candidate will strategically manage EVM processes, analyze DECM data, and drive scalable tool sets to improve data quality and execution. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or PM with 15+ years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years leading large multi-site, cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years leading EVM teams using project planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Assess and interpret large EV M data, metrics and trends.
• Develop and deploy EVM training and tools.
• Improve overall EVM processes and compliance across programs.
• Ensure EVM health and alignment with EVMSIG and DCMA.
