Job summary

• Comfortable managing budgets, expenses, and program documentation.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.

• Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to guide others.
• Completion of required training and certifications.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (application question).

Responsibilities

• Independently manage smaller-scale programs, including logistics, vendors, budgets, client communications, and on-site execution.
• Support Event Managers with planning and execution of larger programs across multiple markets.
• Create and manage Program Briefs, Manifests, signage, checklists, and client deliverables.
• Source and coordinate vendors, venues, and event staff while ensuring program and compliance requirements are met.
• Build relationships with clients, hotel partners, venues, and preferred vendors.
• Manage program financials, including Scopes of Work, deposits, expenses, reconciliation, and final invoicing.
• Maintain accurate program and vendor information in Salesforce and other internal systems.
• Balance multiple programs and shifting priorities while proactively identifying risks and solutions.
• Collaborate across teams to meet program details, timelines, and client expectations.
• Support and guide Event Associates during program preparation, logistics, and on-site execution.
