Job summary

Responsibilities include attendee communications, registration reporting, venue research, logistics, and post‑event analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent.
• Two to four years of relevant work experience in event planning, event marketing, program or project management, or related fields.
• B2B marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of hosted events, trade shows, conferences, seminars, workshops, and Area Sales Manager events.
• Develop event plans, timelines, and briefs; create memos and schedules.
• Research venues, obtain proposals, negotiate costs, and coordinate contracts and logistics.
• Manage event registration, attendee communications, and registration reporting.
• Coordinate catering, accommodations, transportation, dietary restrictions, and special requirements.
• Plan and execute virtual events, product launches, and demonstrations.
• Manage Webex setup, registration pages, communications, technical support, and live-event troubleshooting.
• Travel to key industry events 4–5 times annually.
• Coordinate post-event reporting and ROI reports.
• Maintain event dashboards and lead distribution to sales teams.
