Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to lead planning, coordination, and on-site delivery for trade shows and events. You will design floor plans, manage timelines, supervise budgets, and partner with clients, venues, and internal teams to ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality, trade show, or event services.
• Experience managing complex client projects from planning through execution.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers.
• Lead planning and execution of event services from planning through onsite delivery.
• Design and prepare floor plans aligned with event objectives.
• Coordinate with facilities and vendors to meet logistics requirements.
• Develop and manage event timelines using the Critical Path.
• Monitor design processes to stay within budgets.
• Prepare and distribute exhibitor service manuals.
• Coordinate show planning with operations before move-in.
• Provide onsite support and ensure billing accuracy.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for expansion.
