Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a Senior Operations Coordinator to ensure events and projects run smoothly, covering order fulfilment, warehouse duties, travel to events, and on-site setup and teardown of structures. The role requires travel to 25-30 events annually and may involve non-standard hours.

You will lead an onsite crew and coordinate with executives and contract labourers to ensure successful productions. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in event productions or operations, forklift experience,

Qualifications

• 2+ years in event productions or operations.
• 2+ years operating a forklift or ability to certify.
• General knowledge of construction or fabrication techniques.
• Skilled in using basic power tools and wrenches.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to make time-critical decisions.
• Experience driving a 26' box truck and/or trailer.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Effective communication with diverse personnel.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload staging equipment, ensuring inventory is retrieved and returned to its proper place in the warehouse.
• Manage an onsite crew of contractors, labour and other full-time Operations Coordinators.
• Travel to events such as NASCAR, Indycar, golf tournaments and other activations in the entertainment industry.
• Execute on-site event work, including hands-on building and tearing down of stage structures and other assets.
• Attend daily operations meetings and establish tasks for the day.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
