Boise Centre is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the on-site events team, coordinate setups and tear-downs, and ensure flawless execution of conventions, galas, and community events.

You’ll manage staff, oversee heavy equipment use, and maintain a premier venue environment. The role requires 1+ year in event operations, willingness to obtain forklift certification, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of event or related operations experience.
• Willingness to become Forklift Certified (we’ll train you!).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate the Operations team during setups, events, and tear-downs.
• Serve as the primary floor contact for clients, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded.
• Direct staff in proper use of heavy equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts).
• Maintain the facility’s appearance inside and out, from event rooms to Grove Plaza.
