Helmerich and Payne is seeking a Marketing and Events Specialist, Senior to plan and execute customer events, trade shows, and executive programs. You will also develop content across email, social media, digital, and print channels.

You will report to the Global Events Manager and collaborate with the Marketing team to deliver well‑executed experiences that strengthen customer relationships and elevate the H&P brand. Travel is anticipated as part of events.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, event planning, hospitality, or trade shows.
• Experience writing or developing marketing content for internal or external audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute regional events, dinners, internal programs, and sponsorship activations from planning through post-event closeout.
• Coordinate event timelines, registrations, venues, vendors, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery.
• Develop and adapt marketing content for emails, social media, websites, and print materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate technical information into clear, audience-appropriate content.
• Maintain organized project files and provide onsite event support.
