Herc Rentals Inc. is seeking a Brand Marketing Specialist to coordinate marketing programs, field activations, events, tradeshows and sponsorships that drive customer engagement and growth. The role manages projects from intake to completion across teams and external partners in a fast-paced environment.

The position focuses on marketing programs, operations, field enablement, event execution and association strategy, requiring strong organization and proactive collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, Event Management or a related field.
• Two to five years of experience in marketing, events, tradeshows, sponsorships, project coordination or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, vendors and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, organizational and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute marketing programs, field activations and promotions aligned with location priorities.
• Plan and manage end-to-end events, tradeshows, open houses and ProExpo with budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate budgets, purchase orders, invoices and vendor deliverables.
• Maintain assets, playbooks, and content for recurring initiatives and event materials.
