Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Senior Events Marketing Specialist to own end-to-end planning and delivery of a large portfolio of B2B events within our global programs. The role covers exhibitions, conferences, roadshows, client events, and executive hospitality, with domestic and international travel expected.

Reporting to the Events Marketing Manager, you will manage budgets, suppliers, logistics, and on-site delivery, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and business units to drive pipeline and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• Significant experience planning and delivering B2B exhibitions and conferences, including international events.
• Proven ability to own events end-to-end independently, including budgets, suppliers, logistics and on-site delivery.
• Experience with event platforms such as Cvent, Monday.com, Eventbrite, Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a delegated portfolio of events end-to-end.
• Provide senior support on Tier 1 events (sponsorship activation, exhibition builds, speaker programs).
• Coordinate domestic and international logistics, including warehousing, shipping, and return logistics.
• Provide on-site leadership at assigned events, coordinating cross-functional teams and VIP functions.
