Job summary

Helmerich & Payne, Inc. is seeking a Marketing and Events Specialist, Senior to plan and execute customer events, trade shows, and internal programs, while developing marketing content across email, social media, digital, and print channels.

The role requires strong organization, effective communication with stakeholders, and an ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail. Reporting to the Global Events Manager, you will support campaigns, branding, and event operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• Five or more years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, event planning, hospitality, trade shows, or a related field.
• Experience planning and executing events, including managing logistics, vendors, timelines, attendee communications, and onsite needs.
• Experience writing or developing marketing and communications content for internal or external audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage smaller projects while supporting complex, high-visibility programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan and execute regional events, dinners, internal programs, and sponsorship activations from planning through post-event closeout.
• Support larger events, trade shows, executive programs, and internal meetings; coordinate timelines, registrations, venues, vendors, and materials.
• Develop and adapt marketing content for emails, invitations, social media, websites, and print materials; ensure brand consistency.
