Job summary

Circana seeks a Senior Manager, Events Management to plan and execute corporate meetings, conferences, client events, and strategic programs with a focus on operational excellence.

This role independently manages event programs and key workstreams, handling registration, vendor coordination, onsite support, and post-event follow-up while driving process improvements for exceptional attendee experiences. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field; professional experience considered.
• 4-6+ years managing corporate meetings, conferences, incentive programs, or experiential events.
• Experience with venue sourcing, contract negotiation, housing management, and registration.
• Financial acumen with event budgets and cost controls.
• Proficiency with event tech platforms and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute meetings, conferences, incentive programs, and corporate events.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and execution frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support event objectives and attendee experience.
• Identify operational improvements and best practices for event delivery.
• Manage room blocks, housing, and venue operations.
