You will align cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and risks, and deliver high-impact experiences for executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate event management, program management, or related field.
• Experience managing complex, high-visibility events, executive meetings, and enterprise programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and execution of events and programs, virtual and in-person.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with timelines and dependencies.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, vendor relationships, and contracts.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure on-time delivery.
