Job summary

Circana, a global leader in technology, AI, and data solutions, seeks a seasoned executive to lead Global Benefits. You will shape strategy, governance, and centralized delivery across regions, ensuring programs are cost-effective and compliant.

Based remotely in the USA, you will manage vendor relationships, budget, and regulatory compliance (ERISA/ACA) while partnering with Legal, Total Rewards, HR Tech, and Finance to support Circana’s talent strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive benefits experience across global programs.
• Strong knowledge of US ERISA/ACA and EU directives.
• Experience building centralized global benefits operations.
• Vendor management and RFP/negotiation skills.
• Experience applying AI/automation to benefits processes.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the global benefits strategy with the Head of Total Rewards.
• Oversee design and governance of benefits programs across regions.
• Centralize benefits administration and establish global standards.
• Own vendor, broker, and third-party relationships and contracts globally.
• Manage global benefits budget, forecast costs, and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, and country-specific requirements.
• Lead benefits data reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled process improvements.
• Partner with Legal, HR Tech, Finance, and HRBP teams on regulatory readiness.
