The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in event management within DMC/hospitality, excellent budgeting and vendor management skills, ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor staff, manage risk, and deliver high-touch service for flagship clients, with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of progressive event management experience in a DMC, agency, or hospitality environment.
• Three years of event management experience in the DMC industry.
• Proven track record managing multi-day events and client portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of event management from contracting to on-site execution for assigned programs.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain communication during program dates.
• Ensure program details meet budgets, timelines, and company standards.
• Oversee vendor contracts and ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Design, Creative Studio, and Vendors for successful delivery.
• Travel to other Cohera locations as needed.
