Job summary

Savills North America is seeking an experienced Manager, Events to plan and execute a broad portfolio of corporate events across the region. You will lead timelines, budgets, and on-site operations, partnering with executives to deliver polished experiences.

You will coordinate venues, vendors, and production, manage complex programs, and ensure alignment with Savills branding and goals while traveling as needed to support key events and client engagements.

Qualifications

• 6 - 8 years of experience in corporate events, event production, experiential marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage events from planning through onsite execution.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, contracts, event logistics, and production.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
• Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Experience with conferences, trade shows, corporate meetings, and client-facing events preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel for onsite event execution.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage assigned events from kickoff through onsite execution and post-event evaluation.
• Develop and manage event timelines, project plans, production schedules, run-of-show documents, and key deliverables.
• Coordinate event logistics including venues, food and beverage, audiovisual production, room setups, transportation, signage, entertainment, and gifting.
• Serve as the primary onsite lead for assigned events, managing vendors, internal teams, speakers, and real-time event needs.
• Anticipate risks, resolve issues proactively, and escalate significant concerns when appropriate.
• Conduct post-event debriefs and contribute to event reporting and recommendations.
• Serve as a key planning and production partner on large-scale, flagship programs.
• Own designated workstreams and deliverables within Director-led events.
• Support overall event strategy and creative direction into detailed plans and executable workstreams.
• Lead planning meetings and manage communication across internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Maintain visibility into the broader Events & Experiences portfolio, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
