Job summary

Encore in Orlando is seeking a Technical Specialist to manage the technical setup and operation of mid-level production events in hospitality settings, ensuring client satisfaction.

You will report to an Associate or Director of Project Management in your area and collaborate with hotel teams to install, operate, and secure AV equipment, while maintaining strong customer relations and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating and supporting mid-level production events.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues during live events.
• Strong focus on client satisfaction and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Ensures a flawlessly executed event through accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of advanced audiovisual equipment.
• Troubleshoots technical issues and resolves problems quickly as they arise.
• Complies with all Company security and safety measures.
• Ensures equipment is secure from theft and/or damage when in use.
• Provides excellent service and strives to exceed the expectations and needs of internal and external customers.
• Maintains a positive relationship with all clients through effective communication.
• Collaborates with internal team on event solutions pre-event and during event to ensure the best possible customer satisfaction.
• Understands and fosters the hotel/client relationship.
