Job summary

FIRST is a leading global brand experience agency seeking a Senior Project Manager to support client and internal events and conferences with exceptional service and creative solutions. Responsibilities span from initial briefing to reconciliation, including logistics such as registration, transportation, hotels, AV, and speaker management.

The role requires onsite travel domestically or abroad as needed, with a hybrid work arrangement in the NY tri-state area or Boston, and travel about 20–40%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or related field.
• 8–10+ years’ Event Management experience, preferably in financial services or corporate environments.
• Strong proficiency with Cvent and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to lead teams and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Full life-cycle planning and execution of multiple key events in virtual, in-person and hybrid capacity.
• Financial management including budget development, expense management, and final reporting.
• Sourcing, negotiating and managing sites, contracts, venues and suppliers.
• Coordinate registration, catering, transportation, hotel, entertainment and AV for all programs; vendor management focus.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Production, Event Technology, Data teams and Legal/Compliance as required.
